All new staff will receive industry-leading training and relevant Care Quality Commission (CQC) training that is extensive and will ensure each member are fully equipped and correctly trained before beginning their care career. Ongoing training will be provided, and support systems are permanently in place to help all carers (new and existing) excel in their roles.

DBS & References
Employment is subject to passing an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, and receipt of references.
We'll provide all the training & assessment required and get you started on care visits with a paid shadowing period.
Frequently asked questions
Previous care experience may be a slight advantage but not needed. Full training is provided and there is the opportunity to progress and gain a Level 2/3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Depending on the availability of work and DBS approval/references which you must provide, will determine a start date. If you already have valid DBS approval and all the appropriate references and paperwork, you can expect a sooner start date.
Given the industry, our rates of pay are very competitive. We offer pay that includes travel time and mileage payments on top of hourly wage. We offer 45p per mile.

A current driving license and access to a road legal vehicle is essential, so yes this is a necessity. We offer mileage payments as standard.
