Staff training

All new staff will receive industry-leading training and relevant Care Quality Commission (CQC) training to ensure each staff member are fully equipped and correctly trained before embarking on their care career. Ongoing training will be provided, and support systems are permanently in place to help new and existing carers excel in their job roles.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need previous care experience?

Previous care experience may be a slight advantage but it is certainly not essential as full training will be given. There is the opportunity to progress and gain a Level 2/3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

How soon can I start?

Your start date will be dependent on the availability of work and the DBS approval/references which you must provide. If you already have a valid DBS approval and all the appropriate references and paperwork, you can expect a much sooner start date.

What is the rate of pay?

Within the industry, we offer very competitive rates of pay. Priding ourselves on offering pay that includes travel time and mileage payments on top of your hourly wage. We offer 45p per mile.

Are there many opportunities for career progression?

There is room to progress into a senior/team leader role. We are always looking for caring individuals to join our team, but remain at the company long term and shape the team’s future.
