All new staff will receive extensive, industry-leading training and relevant Care Quality Commission (CQC) training to ensure each staff member are fully equipped and correctly trained before beginning their care career. Ongoing training will be provided and support systems are permanently in place to help new and existing carers excel in their roles.

Employment is subject to passing an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, and receipt of references.
We'll provide all the training & assessment required and get you started on care visits with a paid shadowing period.
Frequently asked questions
All training is provided , and a certificate , Diploma, or degree in Health and Social care can also be earned. Previous care experience may be beneficial , but it is not necessary.
Starting dates are decided by the availability of work and DBS approval/references which you must provide. If you already have a valid DBS approval, all the necessary references and all of the required paperwork , there is a good chance your start date will be sooner.
We offer competitive pay rates given the industry, and pride ourselves on offering pay that includes travel time and mileage payments on top of your hourly wage, offering 45p per mile.
There is lots of room for progression towards a Senior/Team Leader role. The hours are flexible, everyone’s flexibility and availability will be discussed as appropriate.
Yes, a valid driving license and access to a road legal vehicle is a must. We offer mileage payments as standard at 45p per mile.
