DBS & References
Employment is subject to passing an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, and receipt of references.
We'll provide all the training & assessment required and get you started on care visits with a paid shadowing period.
Frequently asked questions
Previous care experience may be advantageous but not essential. All training is provided and there is the opportunity to gain a Level 2/3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Start dates are dependent on availability of work and DBS approval/references which must be provided by you. If you already have valid DBS approval and all the appropriate references and paperwork, you can expect a much sooner start date.
We offer competitive rates of pay given the industry. We pride ourselves on offering pay that includes travel time and mileage payments on top of hourly wage. We offer 45p per mile.
Yes, lots of room for progression towards a Senior/Team Leader role are available. We are always looking for passionate, caring individuals to not only join our team, but remain here and shape the team’s future. Yes, a valid driving license and access to a road legal vehicle is essential. We offer mileage payments as standard.
